M. James Engineering were engaged at Glen Huntly LXRP by Southern Program Alliance (SPA) to complete the structures and stations packages, which included over 10,000m3 of tanking slab, abutments, bridge decks, and ancillary infrastructure.

- Project cost control
- Management of 5 on-site engineers
- Liaising and management with Superintendent to manage overall labour force resourcing
- Meeting regularly with the Client to discuss commercial and program matters.
