Offline construction of an integral bridge over a Vline operated rail corridor. Involves multiple stages of utility relocations, multiple council road connection to large industrial estates, interactions with other major projects in the local area.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of two complete projects simultaneously, overseeing a team of SPE/PE and SE’s to obtain market pricing, develop full project programs (with detailed links to rail occupations)
  • Development of drawings and design to provide significant savings to the overall project outcome.
  • Development of staging plans for both projects including presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, staging plans included interaction with private businesses, rail occupations planning, road occupation planning, Civil and Structure interactions and overall

Fulton Hogan, as part of the Metropolitan Roads Program Alliance (MRPA), is responsible for level crossing removals and construction of carparks for the Level Crossing Removal Project. This alliance has allowed me to take 3 carpark project from concept through to delivery and completions. With the successful delivery of one of the three carparks and expected successful delivery of the remainder prior to the end of the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning and coordination of delivery works across three construction sites, with a focus on stakeholder management,
  • Development of Adjustment Event (AE) documentation for works supplementary to the original contract requirements.
  • Strong understanding of end of month accounting requirements. Including management of monthly accruals for the entirety of the investigation works, successful management of cost codes assigned to myself and regularly assists others.
  • Management of Construction Phase Services (CPS) for three sites, including resolution of all Request for Information (RFI).
  • Management of quality assurance including verification of all Material Approvals (MA) and resolution of Non Conformance Reports (NCR),

  • Maintain forecasts and complete monthly forecast reviews for all packages of works.
  • Lead the Health and Wellbeing Committee for a major zone of the project.
