Manage and monitor daily civil construction activities and subcontractor performance, tracking planned versus actual performance and variances, whilst ensuring quality, safety and technical compliance.

  • Develop and update detailed 2-week and 6-week lookahead programs using Aphex, outlining daily scope, resources and materials, and productivity targets to ensure project schedule control and alignment with P6 program milestones.
