Scope: The scope includes the preparation of the Trench retaining walls package at UMA including the fabrication and instalment of the structural steel posts and aluminium screens.
Responsibilities:
- Cost and Budget tracking.
- Procurement and tracking of materials necessary works.
- Subcontractor engagement and management.
- Management of Undergraduate Engineers, ensuring they are supported both onsite and in building additional skills for their career development.
- Management of on-site subcontractors, ensuring everything is installed safely and correctly as per detail.
- Liaising with the client raising design problems and constructability issues, offering solutions to construction problems.
- Attending daily coordination meetings to avoid unnecessary delays.

Scope: The scope included the procurement of the structural steel to be used for the new station. The work included the manufacture / fabrication of the lift shafts, supply and procurement of all the fixings for the job.

- Coordination of onsite and offsite works including procurement of materials and plant necessary for lifting / installation.
- Developments of documentation including ITP, SWMS and construction procedures.

Scope: The scope includes the preparation of the Miscellaneous steel package at Parkdale including the fabrication and construction of the signal platforms, viaduct screens and walkways

- Program management and coordination.
- Cost and Budget tracking. Communications with multiple suppliers to ensure everything is accounted for and accurate.
- Procurement and tracking of materials necessary works.
- Development of documentation required including SWMS and construction procedures.
- Subcontractor engagement and management.
- Development and review of shop drawings to achieve the architectural design intent.
- Management of quality documentation during offsite fabrication.
- Liaising with the client raising design problems and constructability issues, offering solutions to construction problems. (RFIs)
