Overall delivery leader and Alliance Manager of the $500m+ Gippsland Line Upgrade Project. Scope included track duplication, extending crossing loops, providing additional protection at level crossings, adding second platforms at stations, and providing a new signalling and train control system across the 100km railway line. Led 200+ full time staff and 400+ in total at the peak of the project.
Director - Rail Systems (ANZ)
I led the national Rail Systems business unit in UGL and was accountable for the overall performance of a portfolio of projects (track, traction power, signalling, train control and rail products). I provided leadership and governance for the 200+ strong rail team (design, construction, testing, commercial, finance, HSSE and other support functions) across a continuous program of works ($200m+ per annum)
