Reported directly to The Director, conducting cost analysis and optimization of viaduct spans for the Hallam Level Crossing Removal Project, resulting in a design change that saved approximately $1m.
Led the stations team in the TOC phase, developing a baseline program, detailed construction methodology, and staging, while also coordinating market pricing with subcontractors.
Collaborated with estimators to produce a comprehensive cost estimate for Hallam Station, detailing construction methods and costs line-by-line for the Alliance Leadership Panel.
Oversaw early works procurement, delivery, and supervision, including geotechnical and service investigations, as well as initial civil works. Managed planning for main site establishment works, ensuring procurement and coordination of all necessary facilities, connections, permits, and logistics for a workforce and office staff of over 200.
I then transitioned to the stations team where I was responsible for procuring and delivering key packages, including structural steel and architectural cladding, amounting to approximately $11m.
Supported site engineers with procurement and delivery of glazing, asphalt, and landscaping packages.
Conducted tender interviews and vetting processes, utilizing Digital Engineering to enhance tenderer submissions.
