Belgrave Carpark Upgrade $55m 

D&C contract of a640 car spaced multilevel car park spanning over 3 levels; 22000sqm of structure including basement, road widening including retaining wall, noisewall and pavements + bus exchange refurbishment + large retaining wall footpath construction.   

Scope of works also included the signalisation to round-a -bout, new bus exchange, local school sports oval, series of solar powered assemblies.

Client: Victrack.  Stakeholders: MTM,Department of Transport (DoT), Victrack, Public Transport Victoria (PTV) and council.

Site of 2000m2 and  building footprint of 1600m2. The VTC is a 30x60m 12m high commercial building  for training purposes.  Beyond the  building footprint scope of works includes demolition of an existing building,  associated civil works, removal and relocation of underground and overhead  services.

  • Formulation of design brief, design development and detailed design reviews from concept stage through to IFC.  
  • Value engineering of design, review and challenge of material specifications, developing engineering briefs. Reviews of constructability and build sequence.
