D&C contract of a640 car spaced multilevel car park spanning over 3 levels; 22000sqm of structure including basement, road widening including retaining wall, noisewall and pavements + bus exchange refurbishment + large retaining wall footpath construction.
Scope of works also included the signalisation to round-a -bout, new bus exchange, local school sports oval, series of solar powered assemblies.
Client: Victrack. Stakeholders: MTM,Department of Transport (DoT), Victrack, Public Transport Victoria (PTV) and council.

Construction of road bridge over rail. Construction of pedestrian underpass under rail. Both built under ‘Occupation’ conditions. Projects also delivered carpark, large diameter underground water irrigation line, elaborate urban landscape, vast peripheral road and pavement works, heavy utility relocation.

Site of 2000m2 and building footprint of 1600m2. The VTC is a 30x60m 12m high commercial building for training purposes. Beyond the building footprint scope of works includes demolition of an existing building, associated civil works, removal and relocation of underground and overhead services.

Vline training depot. 2x commercial building. 4 Star green energy rating. Scope of works included all associated civil, services, pavements, signals, RC structures and surrounding landscaping works.

Responsible for the tendering, forecasting, and programing of 9 remote project compounds.
Inclusive of investigating and negotiating the acquisition of land, establishment of key suppliers, fitout of compounds and compliance with statutory authorities requirements. Supervision, coordination and management of the construction activities for the initial 4site compounds back-to-back.
Acquired, negotiated, and managed the deconstruction and consequent fit out of the BLU main project office. Works also included the management and establishment of IT services.

Environment was urban/residential and extremely sensitive to vibration monitoring parameters. Productions shaft had highly restrictive surface area to works from and establish the extensive back-up logistics involved in D&B.
