Responsible for driving programme delivery on 9 projects valued from £5m to £15 each as part of the £350m programme. Developed and updated the construction programme and sector reports monthly as per the Anglian Water reporting requirements. I used the P6 programme to deliver the strategic planning decisions. I presented and interpreting reports and programme to SPA senior leadership teams. Facilitating collaborative planning workshops with design and delivery teams using touch plan. Forensic delay analysis, what-if scenario planning, risk quantification, programme slippage, interpretation float erosion, and multiple float path analysis suggested and implemented agreed recovery actions.
