Duties: contracts administration, estimating, ordering & scheduling of plant and material, liaising with clients, contractors and consultants, progress claims, variations, EOT / Delays, RFI’s, document control & client communication.

  • Harrison Super School New Build (St Hilliers - Harrison Canberra) - $20 Million Dollar New School project. Work included structural concrete works, supplied all materials, pumps and excavation contract value was $4+ million (including material).

  • Belconnen Police Station - New Build - $23 million (St Hilliers - Belconnen ACT) Detailed Excavation, Piers & Formwork, Reinforcement and Pour and material supply for the project - contract value was over $5 million.
