Tyston is a site engineer with experience working on a diverse number of projects ranging from large capital works projects to smaller fit out projects. He has had experience managing both large work packages and managing small projects end to end. Having worked for predominantly Tier 1’s on large scale projects, he has had extensive exposure to both the commercial and delivery sides of large scale projects.

I was stationed on the Metro Tunnel Project as the fit out lead for B1 Anzac Station and Eastern Portal. My key responsibilities were:
Graduate Site Engineer, Level Crossing Removal Project (Feb 2021 - July 2022)
During my time as graduate I was embedded with the South Eastern Program Alliance working on the Union Road Mont Albert level crossing removal. Some of my responsibilities include:
Leading hand/ site supervisor, Subcontracted to various builders performing carpentry works and supervision (2018 - 2021)
I led a crew of carpenters for over four years subcontracting out to builders in both the residential and commercial space where I have had the opportunity to work on many high-end residential projects, shop fit outs and large-scale commercial projects. I have had experience both as a leading hand and supervisor for many builders. My key responsibilities in those roles included:
